What is your return policy?

Once an order has been shipped it can’t be returned. For special cases for a return order, the customer will have to bear the shipping charge for the delivery.

What is your policy on refunds?

There is no refund possible once an order has been shipped. You can request a refund before an order has been shipped from our store. For Credit Card payments a 3.6% processing fee will be deducted which is captured by our payment gateway partner. We always have the right to refuse a refund after investigating.

What about quality?

We try to sell the best quality products.

How are you sourcing your products?

We have deals with whole-sellers, manufacturers, and importers. We only sell authentic products.

My order is wrong. What do I do?

How does the site work?

You can browse the site or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can then add them to your cart and click on checkout. You fill up your address and info select a delivery date and time – and that’s it, you are done. We will deliver your items right at your address at the desired delivery date and time.

How much do deliveries/shipping charge cost?

Delivery cost is free all over Japan except Hokkaido prefecture, Isolated islands.

How do you deliver?

Our major delivery partner is Yamato transport.

How do I know when my order is here?

You will receive tracking info in your email. You can check the status of your delivery via checking the tracking id.

Do you serve my area?

We are currently serving all over Japan.

I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?

We are always open to new suggestions and will add an item to our inventory just for you. Send us a request at our email support@kansaihalalfood.com if you want a specific product that is not available. We will try to add that arrange that product if possible.

How much delivery cost to okinawa ken?

Customer living in Hokkaido prefecture, Isolated islands additional shipping will be charged extra ¥1,200 for each box (1box =20kg). And Shipping cost calculate after placed order.

What is your delivery Schedule Info?

Same Day delivery is not available.
Order before 2 pm to get delivery the next day.
Ordering after 2 pm next day delivery will not be available.
Please note: Delivery/Shipping date may change depending on our processing time and availability.
