Our Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping for Orders Over ¥10,000

We offer free shipping on all orders over ¥10,000 within Japan, excluding Okinawa prefecture, Hokkaido prefecture and Isolated islands.

2. Shipping Charges for Hokkaido Prefecture and Isolated Islands

Customers residing in Hokkaido prefecture and Isolated islands will be charged an additional ¥1,200 per box (1 box = 20 kg) for shipping. The exact shipping cost will be calculated after you place your order.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Japan.
  • Hokkaido Prefecture and Isolated Islands: Delivery to these regions may take longer. Please allow additional time for shipping.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Order Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
  • Returns: If you wish to return your products, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

6. Shipping Carrier

We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier used may vary depending on your location.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

8. Shipping Notifications

We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
